The Sino-Europe Technology Promotion Center (SETPC) is a non-profit organization, engaged in technology transfer, development, application and dissemination. SETPC integrates the services of technology consultancy, R&D, implementation, and project management. SETPC can train in the area of high-level technology and management staff. The organization is dedicated to the bilateral communication and cooperation between Europe and China in fields such as science and technology, education and economics, and to the development of technology in both regions.

Science and technology are advancing in a rapid pace, and its related industries are also developing fast. All of this has a profound influence on the economics and the development of society. It has been the recent focus of international competition to develop and train high-level staff in both technology and management, and to enable the internationalization of domestic industries. We hope we can make use of our expertise, language ability, and cultural knowledge to promote Sino-Europe cooperation in technology, so as to make our best contribution to the co-development of China and Europe.  

Our Activities: 

• Provide high-tech consultancy, evaluation and development for enterprises and government agencies in both China and Europe.
• Provide consultancy for the operation of enterprises and to assist the industrial optimization and technological advancement.
• Organize training of technology and management human resources in China and Europe.
• Provide service in the importation of high-level technology and management human resources.
• Establish a Sino-European information network for science and technology, to disseminate high-tech achievements in both regions, assist in technology transfer and technology commercialization.
• Cooperate with Chinese and European enterprises in the application of high-tech by attracting capital investment and undertaking organization and implementation roles.
• Undertake various R&D projects in both China and Europe.
